Instructions

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, pumpkin butter, oil (or melted butter), and vanilla extract together until smooth and homogeneous.   2. Make the Cream Cheese Swirl: In another bowl, soften the cream cheese and mix with powdered sugar and a touch of cinnamon until smooth and spreadable. This mixture will create luscious swirls throughout the bread providing a creamy balance to the spiced pumpkin batter.
