Instructions

  1. Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the vegan yogurt with maple syrup (or preferred sweetener) and vanilla extract. Stir gently until the mixture is smooth and creamy with the flavors evenly incorporated. Optionally, stir in chia seeds for added texture and nutrition.
  2. Chop Your Fruits: Wash and dice your chosen fresh fruits into small, bite-sized pieces. This ensures each frozen bite has bursts of vibrant flavor and freezes evenly.
  3. Assemble the Bites: Using silicone mini muffin molds or an ice cube tray, spoon a small amount of the yogurt mixture into each cavity. Add a layer of the chopped fruits, then top with more yogurt mixture until nearly full, leaving a small gap at the top for expansion when freezing.
