- Step 2: Add the broth and herbs. Pour in vegetable or chicken broth. Add rosemary, thyme, and bay leaf. Bring to a gentle simmer to allow flavors to meld.
- Step 3: Incorporate the beans and greens. Add drained cannellini beans and chopped kale or spinach. Stir gently and let the greens wilt as the beans warm through.
